  Hello everybody! Today I will talk about the English language. Learning this language has been very difficult for me, because I did not have a good foundation in my basic education to learn it and the teachers were not very friendly either. Regarding my experience learning English at university, I can say that it has not been easy for me, since I do not like this online method to learn it, I find that I do not focus much and learning is difficult, I think it would have been better to have it in person , maybe I would have enjoyed it more. The blog has been a useful tool to practice my writing in English, it also includes topics about the career I am studying and that makes it more entertaining, since I can write about a topic that I like and not only about things that we are obliged to do . I need to improve many aspects of my English, I think I am not good at this language, so I think I must improve my vocabulary, pronunciation, writing and many other things. However, for th

Post 7: Changes to my study programme (Ψ)

Hello everyone! The truth is that in general the study program of the Psychology career seems super good and complete, because I believe that each branch is very important for the training of future psychologists and also all are connected to each other, that is why I do a lot of meaning. However, I think that the way of managing the transversal branch was not correct, since we were many students and there was not much coordination on the part of those who taught the course, which made learning difficult. There are also the CFGs, which was a real problem for our generation, given that the majority were left without any general training course and those who remained were a minority, I think there should be better management by those responsible for that. it will not continue to happen for years to come.   On the other hand, it seems to me that the academic load is quite a lot, because we spend many hours in front of the computer and after class we have to continue doing things at

When I finish studying the career of Psychology that I am studying, I would be interested in studying a postgraduate degree. Post 5: My Future Job 🤍

When I envision my work in the future, I think of a job where I leave early to have free time to recreate myself. A job in which I earn enough to support myself, give myself some tastes and that I can visit different parts of my country. So I can get to know different landscapes and enjoy different climates. I imagine a job that does not consume so much time in my day, maximum 5-6 hours a day. I think of an office with a harmonious work environment, where it has a nice decoration that reflects peace and tranquility, which would really make me very happy! I would love for my future job to give me the opportunity to travel to different places in my country or go abroad, it would be a dream for me. I study psychology at Universidad de Chile in the Social Science Faculty. I choose this career because I am interested in helping people, creating a change in society and alleviating their problems a little, it is something that I am very passionate about. Post 3: Mental health Problems related to a lockdown

One of the mental health problems of this confinement is loneliness, stress and anxiety. Personally, being locked up every day has affected me a lot, I feel lonely not being able to share with my family or friends and I feel anxious about not knowing what will happen in the future, this adds to the stress of having online classes and passing the most of the time in front of a computer, which exhausts me too much! One of the things I do before this confinement is to watch series on Netflix, I try to connect with myself through meditation, I cook new things to entertain myself, I talk with my friends and listen to the music that I like. relax. My best holiday, the one I remember with great enjoy, took place when I was we went on tour in high school. My classmates and I went to Brazil to a hotel on the beach, where we spent about a 10 days there.  My best holiday, the one I remember with great enjoy, took place when I was we went on tour in high school. My classmates and I went to Brazil to a hotel on the beach. We toured various places around Camboriú, we also attended various shows, we went to The Iguazú Falls, which have wonderful view, we were also on the border that divides the 3 countries: Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. Something that surprised me a lot is that they have a cat cementery! It was the best trip because I learned from a different culture, I tried different dishes from that country, I enjoyed their music and I danced a lot with my friends! I also met people from different countries, with whom I laughed a lot and also had quite a few Caipirinhas haha! I had a great time with all my friends, it is a vacation
